Gina Rose is a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor based in Georgia who deepened her yoga practice after facing health challenges in her early 20s. Experiencing profound healing for her mind, body, and soul, Gina committed to sharing these benefits with others. She earned a scholarship to train with the esteemed Kim Saunders, a renowned yoga teacher trainer, psychologist, and founder of The YTT Collective. This opportunity not only allowed Gina to enhance her personal practice but also equipped her to spread yoga's transformative benefits to others.
In her classes, Gina integrates music, pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (physical postures), and meditative functioning practices to provide a class rich in neuroplasticity-building, life-enhancing, and body-empowering benefits. With extensive teaching experience and a commitment to ongoing education, Gina invites you to join her vibrant yoga community.
